About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile VideoEditor & Designer who excels in video editing, graphic design, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, has a keen eye for aesthetics, understands branding, and can translate ideas into visually engaging content across multiple mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
Video editing & Motionn Graphics:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Apply color correction, audio syncing, visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize video stories that align with brand goals.
- Organize and maintain a library of video assets.
- Stay updated with current trends in video content and formats.
Graphic design:
- Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded assets for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Design multimedia content that enhances audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Ensure consistency in design aesthetics and brand messaging across all visual assets.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign strategies.
UI/UX Design:
- Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for website, Learning management systems and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate user flows and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across all digital products.
Content strategy & Brand alignment:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design outputs align with overall brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Transform abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches to enhance brand presence across platforms.
Requirements:
- Fresher or Internship experience in video editing, graphic design, and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Adobe XD, Canva etc.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-disciplinary creative work.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, user-centered design, and branding.
