We're searching for aVideo Editor + Graphic Designerwho can think creatively, design beautifully, and edit compelling video content that connects with our audience and elevates our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for:

• Video Creation:Shoot, edit, and produce engaging promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and social media reels.
• Design & Branding:Create modern, visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Concept Development:Work closely with the marketing and sales team to transform ideas into eye-catching designs and stories.
• Social Media Visuals:Design daily creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility.
• Brand Consistency:Maintain a unified look and feel across all visual.

Requirements & Skills

We're looking for someone who has bothcreative flairandtechnical expertise:

• Proven experience as aVideo Editor and/or Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of tools likeAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Filmora.
• Design proficiency inPhotoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• A solid understanding ofsocial media design trends, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver creative results under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and storytelling through visuals.
