Job Role: Creative Designer
Required Experince: 2+ years
Location: Bangalore (Indira Nagar)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve (a plus!)
What You'll Do as a Creative Graphic Designer:
- Design creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Develop engaging static and motion graphics for websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm ideas and bring fresh visual perspectives to the table.
- Create illustrations, infographics, and marketing materials, refining them based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance videos with animations, graphics, and special effects to improve storytelling.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI-driven techniques to improve efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools for design enhancements, video editing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other creatives to maintain a cohesive visual style.
What do we seek in you:
- Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Designing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in graphic design, video editing, CGI, or motion graphics, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender (for CGI/3D work).
- Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Topaz Video AI, DeepBrain AI, Synthesia etc.
- Strong creative vision, time management, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and present design ideas clearly.
