Role Description

This is a volunteer Video Editor role for Instagram, located on-site and it is unpaid. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content tailored to Instagram. Daily tasks include conceptualizing video ideas, editing short-form content, applying transitions and effects, aligning videos with brand tone, and ensuring high-quality output that resonates with the audience and communicates the Foundation's mission effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Ability to execute creative storytelling through visual content, including adding transitions, effects, text, and music
• Understanding of Instagram's video format, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content optimization
• Passion for sustainability and community-driven initiatives
• Previous experience in video production or content creation is a plus
