What you'll actually do

• You'll create high-performing video ads for one of India's fastest-growing Gen Z FinTech brands.
• Not YouTube documentaries.
• Not wedding videos.
• Not corporate edits.
• You'll build Reels, Shorts and performance ads that make people stop scrolling and hit download.

You'll love this role if...

• You think in hooks, CTR, watch time and retention.
• Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts basically trained you.
• You can edit fast, iterate even faster, and don't get emotionally attached to Version 1.
• You know that the first 3 seconds decide whether a video lives or dies.
• You understand internet culture, memes and Gen Z humour without forcing it.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years editing short-form content
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives or paid social ads
• Premiere Pro is second nature
• After Effects skills are a huge plus
• You've worked with D2C brands, consumer apps, fintechs or growth-stage startups
• Bonus if you've edited ads that actually have performance metrics behind them

We're looking for someone who understands that the best edit isn't the prettiest one.
