Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shoot setup (lights, audio, camera, production gear).
- Operate cameras under guidance for reels, BTS, interviews, and live events.
- Support senior editors with basic editing, syncing, rough cuts, and asset management.
- Handle data management copying footage, organising drives, and maintaining backups.
- Participate in brainstorming for shoots, concepts, and short-form content ideas.
- Assist in managing project timelines and on-ground coordination.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.
- Understanding of social media content formats (reels, shorts, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn on set and take initiative.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
(Bonus if you know After Effects, colour grading, or have handled multi-cam shoots.)
