Responsibilities

Plan and suggest content ideas for short-form video content

Create or edit short-form videos using CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Write scripts, captions, and video hooks that feel natural and relatable

Research trending audio, formats, and editing styles

Maintain brand vibe and tone across all content

Collaborate on new creative formats for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels + short-form video formats

Experience using CapCut / InShot / VN / Premiere Pro for editing

Ability to write short, engaging voiceover lines or captions

Aesthetic sense + eye for pacing, transitions, and storytelling

Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to experiment

Bonus: Experience shooting or recording clips
