What role will you play
In this role, you will lead our global Security Monitoring and Communications Centre (SMCC), overseeing threat monitoring and crisis communications for Macquarie offices, assets, and travellers. You will also serve as the security manager for our Hyderabad office, ensuring the safety of staff and operations. Additionally, you will drive innovative security strategies aligned with Macquarie's global vision, collaborating with various stakeholders and partners.
What You Offer
- Demonstrative ability to lead a team of analysts conducting global geopolitical threat analysis and crisis communications
- Proficiency in intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and risk assessment to enhance situational awareness
- Strong knowledge of crisis response, incident management, and security and fraud prevention
- Competence in managing security incidents, investigations, executive protection, and secure travel
- Academic background in relevant fields such as International Relations, Politics, Criminal Justice, or Terrorism
