About the Role
We are seeking a strong VP of Sales to lead our revenue function. The ideal candidate brings hands-on SaaS sales expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to build scalable processes while driving consistent revenue growth. You will work closely with the Founders, Product, and Marketing teams to sharpen GTM strategy and accelerate market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Own the sales strategy and revenue targets for US, UK markets.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Define GTM plans, quotas, ICP, and sales frameworks.
- Create accurate forecasts and performance dashboards.
Sales Execution
- Lead mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
- Drive demos, negotiations, client relationships, and closures.
- Expand business with US-based clients and uncover new market opportunities.
- Strengthen partnerships and long-term revenue channels.
Process & Performance
- Establish robust pipeline management and conversion processes.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Monitor key metrics to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
- Work closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing to enhance funnel efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 410 years of experience in SaaS or digital sales roles.
- Proven success selling to US clients and managing full sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM motions, and B2B sales processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned to US time zones.
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
