Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead with a proven track-record in selling value-based solutions, preferably in the HR domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through market research, lead generation, and Business Development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in both B2B and B2C environments and a strong understanding of product-as-a-service business models.


  1. Identify potential clients and their hiring needs and spends, develop strategies to sell our value-based solutions.
  2. Develop comprehensive category-specific offering and implement scalable growth strategy.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate sales leads.
  4. The candidate should be able to have foot in the door for all clients in the category
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  6. Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and expand network by participating in industry events and conferences.
  8. The candidate should be able to create value offerings to service the new clients & ensure value delivery to the existing clients
  9. Communicate value gaps to product and business and ensure services are built to serve these gaps with product, technology and growth teams.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree/ master's in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field from Premium Institutes.
