We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Manager I to join our BNY team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra -HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Leads a small group of employees of individual contributors who compile, synthesize and report on the Bank's or market data sources.
• Provide oversight on the management and mining of databases, data feeds, etc. as well as the extraction, cleansing, preparation and hand-off to internal clients.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred) Postgraduate in Business or the equivalent combination of education
• 8 - 12 years of total work operations
• Experience with at least 2- 4 years in people management preferred.
• Experience in financial services or Fund Accounting Domain is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of capital market and products like Equity bonds option futures
• Static data / Security Master Set up or Pricing/Security Valuation function related experience is an added advantage
• Readiness for night shift
• Strong Communication skills
