About the Role
We're looking for a Vibe Officer — someone who owns the energy of our workplace. You'll keep things running smoothly on the admin side while spending most of your time creating experiences people actually look forward to: events, outings, office celebrations, and content that brings our culture to life online.
This role is for someone who shows up with ideas, not a to-do list.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute team events — tournaments, office outings, dinners, and celebrations
- Invite and host external guests and collaborators at company events
- Create and post content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Handle vendor payments, invoice tracking, and basic admin coordination

- An extrovert who genuinely enjoys bringing people together
- Someone who comes with ideas — you don't wait to be told
- Comfortable both behind a camera and in front of a crowd
- Organised enough to run events smoothly, spontaneous enough to make them fun
What You Bring
- Experience in event planning, community building, or social media content creation
- Basic familiarity with admin/vendor coordination
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
