Within the Global Consulting Services, the Delivery pillar supports and works with Deloitte Firms to standardize delivery capabilities across their offerings to provide a consistent experience and higher quality to our clients and proactively manage the increasing complexity and lower the risk in our business. The team drives standardization during scoping, estimation and delivery
Overview Of The Role
The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Delivery Leaders to help drive Delivery Transformation priorities. They will enable them to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will support Delivery Transformation program, Global and Member Firm Delivery Transformation Leaders, governance, communications and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Member Firm Delivery Transformation leaders to implement DT capabilities and drive enablement through change management and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with MF Pricing Leads and Global teams to support the pricing shift initiative and advance adoption across Member Firms.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to support Delivery Transformation reporting processes.
- Demonstrate solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly co-ordinate/switch between different workstreams.
- Support senior executives in developing executive level documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, Tableau dashboards etc.) for senior leadership utilizing story boarding skills
- Work on key strategic projects for Deloitte's Global Consulting Services, conducting data driven analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with senior leaders and their teams to drive global alignment around strategic priorities
- Support operational needs of the team, including maintaining and running recurring projects independently, and supporting junior or new team members.
- Develop knowledge of the business and priority initiatives to share insights and trends as appropriate.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to execute requirements, and provide suggestions/automations to enhance deliverables
Requisite core skills
- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership cultures and working styles
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities given aggressive timelines and adapt approaches to different cultures, communication styles, and working styles
- Adaptable to fast paced, dynamic environments and working within teams, including virtual set-ups
- Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including building a network within the team and with primary stakeholders
- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
- Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
- Added advantage: Write and edit Macros in Excel, create dashboards on Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge and familiarity with online meeting platforms like MS Teams and Zoom
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Work experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong track record with previous teams/business
- Location: Bengaluru/Delhi
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM OR 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
