User Interface Engineer

We have an urgent contractual requirement for a UI/UX Lead Developer for a 6-month engagement,. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience and a strong technical background aligned with the JD outlined below.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional, as capability and quality are non-negotiable for this role. The candidate will be working directly with client-side leadership, so both technical expertise and communication skills must be top-tier.

Given the urgency, we're looking to start interviewing internal candidates at the earliest to expedite the process. This role will follow IST working hours with a slight overlap with EST.

Key Skill Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js

Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization

Integration experience with RESTful APIs

Familiarity with state management tools: Redux, Vuex, or Context API

Proficiency with the following technologies:

React (or similar frameworks)

CSS preprocessors: SASS, LESS

Version control: Git (GitHub/GitLab)

UI component libraries: Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap

Strong debugging skills and ability to optimize front-end performance

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions

Experience presenting UI/UX solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
