Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various tasks. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance the overall experience by streamlining processes and ensuring that user interactions are intuitive and efficient. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to align user needs with project goals, continuously refining designs to create seamless and engaging experiences that meet the expectations of diverse audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design strategies.

- Continuously evaluate and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and testing.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

- Good To Have Skills: Visual Design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive user interfaces.

- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
