Role Description

This is a full-time role for a User Experience Designer, located on-site in Indore. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, implementing design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, developing wireframes and user flows, and ensuring the final product aligns with user expectations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research skills
• Experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles
• Ability to create detailed Prototypes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus
• Master's degree in Design
