About the team :
As a UX Designer, you will design elegant, customer-centered products for users around the globe. You will lead the entire end-to-end process, from very early-stage research and ideation, to iteration and implementation. You will also collaborate with a tight-knit design team, product managers, engineers, and other functional teams to craft the Ecosystem Business Management Applications and Platform.

What You'll Do:
Play a key role in building the user experience of all WorkSpan Applications and Platform
Lead UX design interactions with the customers for our existing and new innovations
Understanding customers pain points via different research methodologies
Partner with product managers and engineers to design intuitive and effective solutions that will address the problems faced by our customers
Analyze user patterns and behaviors with the overall app and the recently released features
Run projects end to end and driving your vision to the ship line
Provide inputs to the design strategy and vision

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of design experience building complex enterprise B2B products
Experience in running projects independently end-to-end
Experience in working and collaborating with diverse, geographically distributed teams, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellence in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design
Great communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and what problems they're solving
Must have a portfolio of design projects that showcases your work
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Computer Science, Information Science, Interaction Design, Psychology, or equivalent degree
Bonus Points:
Experience with Design Thinking and running/participating in Design sprints
Understanding the basics of HTML, CSS, and JS
Experience in building design systems
