What you'll do:

As a UX Designer, you will work on creating simple, usable, and consistent designs across solutions. Our multi-disciplinary team includes researchers, UX and visual designers, and design evangelists.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution.
  • Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create cohesive, best-in-class experiences to our most challenging and high impact areas.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and more experienced designers at a strategic level to frame what should be built and how to get there.
  • Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.
  • Participate in every facet of the product development process: product ideation, usability research, rapid prototyping, visual design, as well as coding and content integration.
  • Help translate business product goals and requirements into cutting-edge design concepts.
  • Help create and review UX effort estimations for new projects with unclear scope, ambiguity, or high complexity.
  • Work with Design Infrastructure team to leverage the latest design system and contribute to its continuous innovation.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX and Product Design
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields.
  • You should be proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Mural, etc.
  • You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions and excellent understanding of fundamental design principles & information architecture.
  • You have professional experience with a strong UX and interaction design background, as well as a track record of shipping high quality products.
  • You have outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills that enable you to successfully drive projects and topics on a global scale.
  • Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations.
  • Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
