This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a US Travel Sales Meta search only. As a US Travel Sales Meta search specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including providing information on flights, hotels, and vacation packages. Your primary focus will be on conducting meta-searches to find the best travel deals for customers. You will need to have excellent knowledge of different travel websites and be able to navigate and compare prices effectively. In addition, you will assist customers with booking and payment processes, as well as handle any inquiries or issues that arise during the travel booking process.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the travel industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to navigate and utilize various travel websites
Familiarity with meta-search engines
Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or issues
Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
Knowledge of reservation and payment systems is a plus
