Job Description

CBL Solutions is looking for a talented and highly motivated US IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
Specialist Work hours are 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be a team player.
Excellent US Spoken English Communication Skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Requires Fresher who has excellent verbal and written communication skills for the US IT consulting and
staffing corporation. Below are some of the daily tasks:
1. Review IT and Non-IT requirements received from the clients and verify their completeness.
2. Understand client hiring needs/requirements.
3. Apply the sources of recruitment, job boards, social groups to search candidates on passive and active
job forums, organizations, social groups, etc.
4. Publish and manage job postings on job boards
5. Technically Screen, Negotiate, Schedule interviews, and follow-up with candidates
6. Communicate with candidates over telephone, email, texts, etc. to get their availability and interest
in the job/role.
7. Follow-Up and communicate with prospective candidates, recruiters, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
8. Coordinate and Schedule interviews with clients, candidates, and recruiters and get feedback after
9. Research, recommend, and establish various business systems and enter data into these systems.
10. Review and verify candidate submissions according to the established business process for their
11. Consistently update Applicant Tracking System and candidate database with their status.
Other important requirements:
1. Team player
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, SharePoint etc.)
4. Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
5. Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication.
6. Able to converse in US accent and has minimal mother tongue influence in spoken English.
7. Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
8. Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.
9. Ability to assess a candidate's capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long- term
10. Multitasking ability with strong time management skills.
Any Graduate/Under Graduate.
Good to have Technical Education Qualification.
5 Days Working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off.
