About the role
You will source, screen, and close technical talent for W2 engagements. You will own the full cycle, hit daily targets, and keep compliance tight.
Key responsibilities:
- Work on requisitions, gather intake notes, define search strategy.
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal pools.
- Pre screen for skills, availability, work authorization, and compensation fit.
- Submit calibrated profiles with clean write ups and updated resumes.
- Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, debrief, and manage feedback.
- Negotiate W2 compensation, confirm notice periods, and secure acceptances.
- Track activity and outcomes in the ATS, maintain accurate pipelines and reports.
- Partner with onboarding and compliance for background checks and day one readiness.
Must have qualifications:
- 6 months or more experience in US staffing.
- Hands on experience with W2 hiring.
- Understanding of payroll basics and work authorizations.
- Strong communication, fast follow ups, target focus, and stakeholder management.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with C2C and 1099.
- Experience with VMS or MSP environments.
- Prior use of ATS such as JobDiva.

- Daily and weekly submittals.
- Interview to submission ratio.
- Offer to join ratio.
