We are looking for candidates with prior US onboarding/HR experience and manage end-to-end onboarding processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US onboarding activities including I-9, E-Verify
- Manage background checks, drug tests, and compliance documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams and support new hires
Requirements:
- Experience in US onboarding / US HR operations
- Hands-on experience with I-9, E-Verify, and compliance processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
