Job Description

We are looking for candidates with prior US onboarding/HR experience and manage end-to-end onboarding processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle US onboarding activities including I-9, E-Verify
  • Manage background checks, drug tests, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support new hires

Requirements:

  • Experience in US onboarding / US HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with I-9, E-Verify, and compliance processes
  • Good communication and organizational skills
