About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various non-technical roles across the United States. This role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, job portals, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across multiple industries in the US market.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/database for ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary/rates and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation.
- Track and maintain recruitment reports, submissions, and closures.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting for Non-IT roles such as Healthcare, Finance, Admin, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of visa types, work authorization, and US employment terms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in US Staffing / Recruitment.
- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
