Job Description

Should have minimum 2+ Years of experience in UST IT Recruitment.

Well versed with various US Tax Terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp.

Able to work independently with minimal instructions.

Good working knowledge on various job portals like Job Diva, Monster, Dice, TechFetch, etc.

Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.

Work experience on Application Tracking System (ATS)

Able to multi-task and adapt quick changes.

Must have strong end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience. (Preferably on W2)

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)

Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Standard Time).

Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.

Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
