Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a US IT Recruitment Account Manager located in Indore. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients and candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.
