We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles in the US market.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Knowledge of US recruitment processes and compliance regulations is a plus.
