US IT TECHNICAL RECRUITERS (Sourcing)
Location: Panjagutta, Hyderabad
Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: On-site (No transport/cab facility)

Description
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in sourcing US citizens with strong professional references.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions Good experience hiring Citizens priority
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.)
Screen citizens and conduct video interviews for eligibility, clearance, and compliance with contract requirements.
Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and qualified candidates for current and future projects.
Nice to Have: Work experience with clients like Tech M, Infosys, L&T, Mindtree
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
