Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions Good experience hiring Citizens priority
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.)
Screencitizens and conduct video interviews for eligibility, clearance, and compliance with contract requirements.
Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and qualified candidates for current and future projects.
Minimum 23 years of verified US IT recruitment experience with strong professional references.
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
