Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Immigration Executive to manage end-to-end employment-based immigration processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling various work visa categories, PERM labor certification, I-140 petitions, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), prevailing wage requirements, occupation code classifications, and complete immigration documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of U.S. immigration regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, employees, HR, recruiters, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of employment-based immigration cases from initiation through approval.
  • Coordinate and process work visa petitions, including H-1B, H-1B Transfers, H-1B Amendments, H-1B Extensions, and other employment-based visa categories.
  • Handle end-to-end PERM Labor Certification processes, including document collection, recruitment coordination, audit file maintenance, and filing support.
  • Prepare and coordinate I-140 Immigrant Petitions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of supporting documentation.
  • Draft, review, and submit Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) while ensuring compliance with Department of Labor regulations.
  • Interpret Prevailing Wage Determinations (PWDs), wage levels, and Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes for appropriate job classifications.
  • Coordinate with immigration attorneys on case preparation, filing strategies, and legal documentation.
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and audit requests by gathering supporting documentation and preparing response packages.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records, employee files, case trackers, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL), and Department of State immigration regulations and filing deadlines.
  • Track case progress and provide regular status updates to employees, hiring managers, HR, and leadership.
  • Review immigration documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
  • Support employees throughout the immigration process by answering questions and providing timely guidance.
  • Assist with public access file (PAF) preparation and maintenance for H-1B compliance.
  • Monitor changes in U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedures and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing employment-based U.S. immigration cases.
  • Strong understanding of USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL), and employment-based immigration regulations.
  • Experience handling PERM Labor Certification, I-140 petitions, and employment-based visa processing.
  • Hands-on experience drafting LCAs and working with Prevailing Wage Determinations and wage levels.
  • Knowledge of SOC occupation codes and job classification requirements.
  • Experience preparing documentation for RFEs, audits, and other immigration-related requests.
  • Familiarity with immigration case management systems and document management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with immigration attorneys or corporate immigration teams.
  • Experience with immigration compliance reporting and internal audits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and employment eligibility verification processes.
