We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of payments from healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accurate billing processes, and resolving any issues related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Contact healthcare providers and patients to follow up on accounts receivable (AR) issues.
• Verify insurance information and patient demographics to ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and appeal denied claims by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the efficiency of billing processes and address any issues promptly.
• Generate reports on account status and collection metrics to help management make informed decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
