Role & Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting to US-based buyers using phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers; create tailored outreach sequences and value messaging for US verticals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria and book discovery meetings for senior account executives.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM; update lead statuses, notes, and next steps daily.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline value) and iterate on outreach based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling scripts for US prospects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong comfort with cold calling and live outbound conversations targeting US time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM usage and data hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferred).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach.
- Practical ability to run email outreach sequences and A/B test messaging.
- Basic competency with Google Sheets or Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- High motivation, coachability, and results orientation appropriate for an entry-level BDR role.
Preferred
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or similar).
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer success, or campus placements focused on B2B outreach.
