Job Title: Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist Director's Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Bookkeeper andReporting Specialist to work directly with the Director.

This role involves managing reporting, documentation, and internal coordination across multiple

verticals - primarily for an investment-focused company.

You'll play a key part in bringing structure to operations, building clean reports, and enabling data-driven decisions at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage recurring reports across departments/projects
  • Tracking and reporting real estate investments , financial portfolio (bonds) and business expenses.
  • Maintain multiple spreadsheets, trackers, and performance documents
  • Organize and structure operational data in a digestible format
  • Track disbursements, vendor payments, and summary sheets
  • Support Director with time-sensitive reports, internal coordination, and documentation
  • Assist in basic financial summaries and reporting
  • US Bookkeping

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or coordination roles
  • Qualification - Bachelors in Finance or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP , formulas, multi-sheet management)
  • Experience in working directly with leadership or in small teams is a plus
  • Comfortable handling data across domains
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision
  • Process automation through Advance Excel
  • Assist with the development of ADHOC reports using Excel and other operational tools to
  • address business needs including creation of customized reporting that will aid day to day
  • operations of the department.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and US accounting is a plus
  • Power Bi is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication
