Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in operations across any industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating day-to-day operational activities, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting business functions to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track operational performance and prepare reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Support management in executing operational projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in operations in any industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
