Restaurant Manger job Role:
Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Process payroll and maintain all relevant records

Housekeeping Supervisor & Manager Job Role:
Responsible for training new staff & helping them grow in the organization.
Handling all queries & complaints as a single point of contact for housekeeping.
Working as an Acting Manager in the absence of the Manager & taking responsibility for the whole plant.
Ensuring that housekeeping materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly.
Reporting persistent staff absences to the HR Manager.
Carrying out any reasonable guest requests.
Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
Ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner.
Clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.

Front Office Supervisor & Executive Job Role:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
