These roles are responsible for implementing and operationalizing the approved platform architecture across messaging, remote configuration, crash reporting, analytics, security integration, and Day 2 support processes. The Engineers will translate architecture into production-ready configurations, reusable components, runbooks, and onboarding support for BDO mobile applications.

The individual will own the following responsibilities: 

• Implement Firebase Cloud Messaging, remote configuration, and standardized onboarding patterns for mobile applications.

• Configure and support Crashlytics, alerting, dashboards, and repeatable monitoring processes for production support.

• Enable analytics, audience segmentation, security-related configurations, and operational controls aligned with banking standards.

• Develop runbooks, upgrade procedures, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer materials for support teams.

Deliverables: Firebase configurations for messaging, remote configuration, crash reporting, analytics enablement, operational dashboards, support runbooks, onboarding assets, and production support documentation. 

Must have:

• Experience implementing Firebase services in enterprise environments, including messaging, remote configuration, Crashlytics, analytics, dashboarding, and production support readiness.

• Strong hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, operational documentation, and collaboration across engineering, security, and support teams.

• Experience with production support processes, runbook development, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Experience enabling security-related configurations and operational controls aligned with enterprise standards.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability. 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience supporting onboarding assets and reusable implementation components for shared platforms. 

• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.

• Experience supporting upgrade procedures and Day 2 operational readiness.
