Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure factory facilities, equipment, and building systems remain safe, operational, and well-maintained.
- Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other facility installations.
- Maintain and support safety and security systems such as CCTV, access control systems, face recognition systems, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for repair works, maintenance activities, and renovation projects.
- Support factory renovation, space planning, and facility improvement projects by liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or factory maintenance environments.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Familiarity with security systems, air-conditioning systems, fire safety equipment, and general building services will be advantageous.
- Willingness to support occasional weekend maintenance works when required, with overtime compensation provided accordingly.
