Location: Remote | Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: Zero | Hiring: 1012 Crazy Builders
THE MISSION READ THIS OR DON'T BOTHER
We're building a B2B HR tech product from ZERO to REVENUE in 30 days.
If that sentence doesn't make your heart race, close this tab now.
This isn't an internship. This is a startup battlefield. We're taking 1012 absolutely insane developers who want to experience what it actually takes to build a company from nothing.
WE'RE NOT OFFERING:
- Money (we're broke founders too)
- Comfortable corporate environment
- Hand-holding or structured training
- Guarantees of any kind
WE'RE OFFERING:
- Real scars from building under impossible deadlines
- Actual startup experience not theoretical classroom BS
- Portfolio that proves you can ship under pressure
- Stories you'll tell for years about that time you built a company in 30 days
- Potential equity if you survive and want to keep going
THE INSANE PLAN
PHASE 1: BATTLE MODE (Days 130)
Goal: MVP that gets first paying customer
- Week 1: Product definition + tech stack setup
- Week 23: Building like your life depends on it
- Week 4: Selling to actual businesses while coding
PHASE 2: SURVIVAL MODE (Months 23)
Goal: Get to sustainable revenue
- Pivot based on customer feedback
- Fix everything that breaks (everything will break)
- Learn what customers actually pay for
PHASE 3: GROWTH MODE (Months 46)
Goal: Scale or die trying
- Optimize for scale
- Build processes that don't suck
- Either we make it or we learn why we didn't
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
