About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage IT recruitment across the UK and European markets. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, client account management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with regional hiring regulations and data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for permanent, contract, fixed-term, and remote hiring requirements.
● Source, screen, and assess candidates for IT and technology-related positions across the UK and Europe.
● Partner with hiring managers, delivery teams, and clients to understand workforce requirements and hiring strategies.
● Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
● Conduct candidate interviews, coordinate client interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
● Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of recruitment requirements.
● Ensure compliance with UK/EU employment regulations and GDPR standards throughout the hiring process.
● Track recruitment performance metrics and meet agreed hiring targets and service levels.
● Support workforce planning and provide market intelligence related to talent availability and hiring trends.
Knowledge & Compliance
● Understanding of UK recruitment practices and employment models.
● Familiarity with PAYE, IR35, Umbrella Companies, Limited Company Contractors, and Employer of Record (EOR) hiring.
● Good knowledge of GDPR and candidate data privacy requirements.
● Awareness of recruitment regulations across European countries such as Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Ireland.
Required Skills & Experience
● 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably supporting UK, Europe, or EMEA markets.
● Strong understanding of permanent and contract staffing models.
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and major recruitment platforms.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
