Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UK BPO Process role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves handling customer interactions for UK-based clients via voice, email, or chat, ensuring accurate information, professional communication, and timely resolution of queries. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, documenting interactions in internal systems, following defined processes and compliance standards, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. The team member will collaborate closely with operations and quality teams to improve workflows, participate in regular training and performance reviews, and support continuous enhancement of customer experience and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to manage UK customer interactions with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer issues, identify patterns, and support data-driven process improvements.
- Experience or interest in business process improvement and training to help refine workflows and onboard team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a structured BPO environment, meet performance targets, and follow UK process and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent; prior experience in international voice processes is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software for documentation and reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant certification in BPO/customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to work UK shifts and adapt to rotational schedules as required by business needs.
