GSPANN is hiring a UI/UX Expert to design and optimize user-centric interfaces across Windows and Linux platforms. The role involves leveraging the NexThink platform, conducting user research, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
- Use the NexThink platform to analyze digital employee experience and enhance engagement across enterprise IT systems.
- Apply User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles to build intuitive, user-centered interfaces that drive satisfaction.
- Design and optimize interfaces for applications running on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to collect insights that inform and validate design strategies.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to explore, iterate, and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine UI/UX solutions continuously.
- Document design processes, standards, and guidelines to support consistency and scalability across projects.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design or a comparable role.
- Hold certifications in UI/UX design or related design technologies.
- Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma proficiently.
- Understand and apply accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the NexThink platform and user-centric design methodologies.
- Work comfortably in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adapt to and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
