Roles & Responsibilities :
Role Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and visual design for a next-generation web-based platform. The designer will work closely with product owners, architects, and UI engineers to create intuitive, high-performance interfaces involving workflow modeling, dashboards, configuration screens, and system management tools.
The role requires designing enterprise-grade UX with modern web technologies such asReact, TypeScript, and JointJS.
Key Responsibilities
Product UX Strategy
Drive end-to-end UX vision for various modules such as modeling interfaces, dashboards, configuration tools, and workspace management.
Convert complex technical workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys.
Define UX guidelines, design principles, and consistent interaction patterns.
Interaction & Interface Design
Createwireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interaction behaviors.
Design UX for:
Modeling canvas and diagramming tools (JointJS-based)
Connector/Adapter configuration pages
System monitoring dashboards (metrics, logs, performance)
Multi-step wizards and advanced forms
Ensure responsive design optimized for modern desktop resolutions (1920-1080 and above).
Collaboration with Engineering
Work closely with React UI developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Provide detailed design specifications, assets, themes, and reusable UI patterns.
Participate in reviews to maintain consistency and usability across modules.
Usability & Research
Conduct user research sessions, usability testing, and workflow studies.
Analyze legacy UI behavior (where applicable) to derive UX improvements.
Convert user insights into design optimizations and iterative refinements.
Design System & Documentation
Create and maintain a comprehensivedesign system/component libraryaligned with the engineering stack.
Define standards for navigation, layout, UI interactions, validations, and error handling.
Prepare in-product help flows, tooltips, and contextual guidance where needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Design Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing work on:
Complex web platforms
Dashboards
Configuration/administration tools
Workflow or modeling interfaces
Expertise in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Technical Understanding
Awareness of:
React component architecture
TypeScript-driven front-end applications
Diagramming/modeling tools (e.g., JointJS, GoJS, mxGraph)
Understanding of responsive web layouts and browser compatibility.
Enterprise Product UX
Experience designing UX for technical/enterprise applications.
Ability to simplify complex system interactions for technical users.
Collaboration & Communication
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and developers.
Strong communication and decision-justification skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to system integration tools, BPM systems, or low-code platforms.
Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
Experience creating UX for performance-heavy or data-rich environments.
