About the Role:We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote product team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about designing user-friendly interfaces, improving product usability, and shaping engaging digital experiences.
You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to turn functional requirements into beautiful, efficient, and intuitive designs.
This position offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in end-to-end design workflowfrom concept to prototype, feedback, and handoff for development.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand business and user requirements to design logical and engaging interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for mobile and web applications.
- Design and maintain UI components, layouts, and style guides for consistent branding.
- Collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve user experience.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, product visuals, and documentation.
- Participate in team discussions and review sessions to align design with project goals.
Skills & Tools:- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or design handoff tools
- Ability to translate business ideas into user-centric interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual presentation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
