Job Description

About the Role
  1. We are seeking a driven UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma, illustration design, and modern AI design tools.
  2. At Rannkly, we move fast - if a design takes 3 days elsewhere, we aim to deliver it in 1 day with the same precision and creativity.
  3. You'll be part of our product and marketing design team, working closely with developers to craft impactful, user-centric designs across our SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design modern, clean, and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT + Stitch Midjourney, Runway ML, Uizard) to accelerate design ideation, prototyping, and content generation.
  • Create custom illustrations, iconography, and visual assets that elevate brand storytelling.
  • Convert product ideas into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes rapidly.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for consistent product visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech and product team to ensure smooth design handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Conduct quick user feedback loops and usability testing to iterate faster and smarter.
  • Continuously improve efficiency using AI-assisted workflows, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in a SaaS or digital product environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with speed and precision.
  • Mastery of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design tokens).
  • Strong illustration and visual design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven tools for design, content generation, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology, colour theory, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have
  • Experience in motion design (After Effects / Lottie).
  • Understanding of front-end collaboration.
  • Experience with marketing visuals for campaigns, emails, or social platforms.
  • Prior work on SaaS dashboards, analytics products, or review management tools.

  • What We Offer

    • Exposure to AI-driven creative workflows and early access to new design technologies.
    • A fast-paced environment where speed and innovation are celebrated.
    • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge SaaS products used by global brands.
    • Competitive compensation, creative ownership, and growth-oriented culture
