About the Role
Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success.

You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.
What You'll Do
- Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain our design system and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design systems)
- Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think through complete user journeys and solve complex UX challenges
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time in a remote setup
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
- Nice to have: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end development basics
