Job Title: UI/UX Developer

About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented professional capable of designing intuitive user interfaces, crafting engaging user experiences, and supporting the brand with strong video editing and graphic design skills. You will work closely with the development, marketing, and product teams to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing UI/UX for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve design quality.
- Develop creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, brochures, and other branding materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, social media reels, product demos, and corporate use.
- Maintain consistency in design language across all digital and print platforms as per brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX, video editing, and graphic design.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
UI/UX Design
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
Graphic Design
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Ability to create logos, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing collaterals.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
Video Editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to edit promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and animated content.
- Experience with color correction, sound editing, transitions, and visual effects.
General
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with 3D design or animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
