Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 8+ years in UI/UX design, with 3+ years in a lead or senior role in an IT/tech environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work (web, mobile, enterprise applications).

Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Miro or equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and interaction design principles.

Proven ability to balance creative and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but a plus).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience in designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or data-heavy dashboards.

Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and animation tools.

Knowledge of front-end development best practices for better collaboration with engineering teams.

Exposure to AI-driven design tools and emerging UX trends.
