Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with product goals and brand guidelines
Design clean, responsive, and accessible UI layouts for web and mobile platforms
Implement front-end designs using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and performance
Maintain and contribute to a design system or style guide
Continuously improve the user experience based on analytics and feedback
Required skills and Qualification:
5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
Ability to collaborate with developers and communicate design intent effectively
Nice to Have:
Experience with JavaScript or front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Knowledge of version control tools like Git
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
Experience in design-to-code handoff using tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect
