About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development, ensuring the feasibility of proposed designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 12 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics (a plus, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is mandatory.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of motion design/animations.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
