About Credgenics: Credgenics is a leading SaaS-based debt collections platform that leverages technology to streamline and optimize the recovery process. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

About Role: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional visual design skills, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS-based products and be proficient in designing for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging, functional designs while maintaining brand consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web (SaaS) and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect visual designs with a strong emphasis on typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Work on motion graphics and micro-interactions (After Effects, prototyping tools).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory, iconography).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile app designs (SaaS experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketching, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
