UI / UX Designer

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to translate the UX vision into compelling UI designs
•  Design user-centered experiences by solving usability issues, focusing on workflows and interaction models
•  Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma
•  Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
•  Collaborate with front-end developers to establish and refine a design system for product consistency and efficiency
•  Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
•  Communicate design decisions clearly with team members across departments
•  Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques

 Required Skills:

•  4-6 years of experience in UX/UI Website Design with a strong portfolio
•  Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for designing and prototyping
•  Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•  Ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical constraints
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  A proactive attitude and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
